I do it frequently (quietly), and my initial judgement is usually wrong. I think it's completely natural for people to form judgements on the few details we're first presented with.
@HUNT5M4N I try to negotiate if I know I can't trust that person internally usually. I'm willing to kick out anyone that's not reliable though. I care less these days.
