@riseofthemachine You're judging how your coffee tastes, what the weather is like, why your neighbor has issues with you, why your co worker looks so frustrated, why your boss is picking on you maybe their style of life...our surroundings ARE based on judgement.

@Rilyn hi I tell you a good one do you when someone judges you , the one who judges you the most is yourself . That's were all the depression- self pity - despair- loneliness comes in but the trick is to go through the pain and never give up .
I've being around the block .
I'm after going through so much pain that one person wouldn't go through in a 100 lifetimes.
I was going to be a therapist at one stage in my life before , do you know what stopped me ? It's the fact of people handing money over to me and when you get it all for free .
I wouldn't have the balls to take money off people.
Therapists are good not saying that but it's only a temporary relief from mental pain .
The trick is understanding and it's mostly all fear based

@riseofthemachine I never finished therapy. Wasn't working. I had to find my inner self. So you are right in my view

@Rilyn is the ghost of your former self afraid ? I do meditation at being honest all the fear from my childhood repeats itself . I got through my childhood and trauma from it . I had a lot of acceptance around it until a situation in work came back up 11 years ago around bullying and I went out with a hurly and I'm sorry to god that I didn't smack it off him .
He was trying degrade me cause he was jealous of me and that I wouldn't mix in with the workers . I'm not anti social but I'm a bit of a loner . A hurly is a stick by the way . I had the hurly hidden behind the wall when I went out to him cause I ended getting a nervous breakdown from him .
