You will most definitely make it through this. Go about the tasks with gentle slowness and care and don’t let yourself get dragged into the uncomfortableness too much. Breathe through each minute that leads to another. You’ll be on the other side of the day soon enough. Don’t underestimate your strength or perseverance.

You will make it through. If you have vertigo while you are driving, pull over to the side of the road, or take a cab.

I have had vertigo on and off for years, and one thing that helps is closing ONE eye.

It helped me that I kept telling myself that my senses were lying to me, that the world really wasn't moving like that, that I was not falling. Over and over. I know it seemed silly but it really worked. Sort of like a pilot sometimes has to fly by instruments because his senses are fooling him.
