What makes someone old before their time?

SW-User
Tomorrow · 56-60, F
@SW-User Specifically what in life? Too much hard living. The lack of love and affection? Hormones? Depression? Too many chocolate chip cookies and not enough rutabaga? Lol.
SW-User
@Tomorrow Experiences that cause people have certain mentalities; for example, "victim" versus survivor. Note this is just my opinion, and not directed to anyone here.

@SW-User Agreed.

Stressful job. Being poor. Bad marriage. Shitty kids.

Life basically.

@SW-User I love how the psychiatry world says you need to de-stress your life. Like anyone can do that Mr. I charge $200/he to talk to me.

Their attitude, smoking, drinking excessively & deep tanning can multiply skin damage, bad diet habits, and excess stress. And genes play a part too.
Tomorrow · 56-60, F
@cherokeepatti Agreed.

Lots of things, probably not even close to aware of what a person has been through, that would make them older before their time.

Age is a state of mind
Tomorrow · 56-60, F
@BalmyNites I think often depression can play a part in that "don't give a shit" attitude.

Idk understand how old feels like. I'm 40 and I have to remind myself of that. My whole life that I can remember I've never felt any age. Only moments, experience, and emotions sometimes to big for human to define.
