What makes someone old before their time?

@BalmyNites Yes but there are those who appear much older than their years would dictate.

@Tomorrow Bad genes is one thing, but also social factors, the way they were brought up - a lot of people get to a certain age & think they don’t have to bother any more. They don’t eat well, they don’t exercise & they don’t take care with their appearance, putting it all down to age. There’s no excuse really.

@BalmyNites I think often depression can play a part in that "don't give a shit" attitude.
