I’m trying to eat less for example I skipped breakfast 🥞 by sleeping in I might not eat the foods in hospital everyday, and skip it sometimes as it isn’t very appetising.
I'm currently averaging about 1800 calories per day. I usually have toast or English muffin for breakfast. I usually eat a salad, or maybe chicken taco, for lunch. For dinner, I'll eat protein (fish, pork, or chicken) with stir fry veggies and rice.

Kind of a lot, but I'm 6'3" and 175 lbs, so...
What I've changed recently is that I eat more in the morning and less later in the day. For most of my life it was the other way around and I know it's healthier this way.
