How much do you eat per day?

I’m trying to eat less for example I skipped breakfast 🥞 by sleeping in I might not eat the foods in hospital everyday, and skip it sometimes as it isn’t very appetising.

Just eat the salads

Depends on the day but for most days of the week, I only eat one meal.

@Mona86 I eat every day, just once most days it’s around lunch time. Then I don’t eat again for 18-24 hours.
