@MethDozer Omay, clearly you’re just going to continue to say you’ve provided facts and never give me one example. I have no problem with you defining liberal differently than me. It was never my intention to get into the history of the word liberal. I was only ever referring to Those in the media and Hollywood in the US who claim to be liberal and also define religion in the same ignorant way that you divine it. Nothing like a conversation where someone starts using the word fact with out any facts being presented.

Again, we cannot expect the still religious in the modern world to be able to recognize facts and use reasoning. We are talk about the same group that harbors a disproportionate amount of evolution deniers and flat Earthers.

“Fear and ignorance.” It's been that way throughout the history of humans. It's “how mythology and religion actually came into being,” people coming up with beliefs that helped them cope with, live with, and "explain" things they couldn't understand or comprehend.
