How do girls cope in the hot weather?

I should imagine that the amount of clothing and tightness of a bra and panties make it really uncomfortable.

There is a woman I don't particularly care for and we usually don't get along, but I noticed this guy was bugging her, even after she made it clear that she wasn't interested. I came over and told him when a lady says no, she means it, and he left.
