What is the longest distance that you have ever traveled alone, with no one but yourself?

Like taking a vacation alone? California from New York. Driving was maybe 350-400 miles. Driving alone made me nervous but traveling alone is my preference

I regularly fly from the Uk to the USA which is about 4000 miles each way . I only get nervous that the US customs might find a reason not to let me enter

I traveled 21 hours solo from NYC to Bali through Singapore in 1998.
Did a 14 hr solo journey to the Maldives via Doha in 2004.
Did a 14 hour solo NYC to Hawaii trip via SF in 1995 but met a buddy in Hawaii.
That’s when I still travelled to surf .

Usually a stop every couple thousand miles to talk to a shipper or receiver, beyond that and the occasional conversation with a stranger I've definitely done over 1 maybe 2 million miles alone and generally just another day. Had to travel with someone for a couple days not long ago and hated it

About 5000 miles from the US to Romania, Bulgaria, and back to the US. I wasn't too nervous since my job required travel.

Traveled from Washington state to North Carolina and back. No, I wasn't nervous about it.

Houston to San Jose, CA several times. I used that time to do some writing.

Florida to beijing and florida to hawaii

6000+ miles…I was excited and a bit nervous.

Amsterdam to Melbourne. No, not nervous at all. I travel alone a lot.
