I forgot my meds yesterday and today my head feels like it's full of treacle. My thoughts feel like they're swimming in some sort of haze, everywhere and nowhere all at once. I'm on my lunch break currently so hopefully eating will help. But probably...

Most meds have you take them as soon as you remember, but only if you are far away from the next dosage time. So if it's over half of the regular dose time, just wait til your following dose comes up. It's what my PCP said to me anyways.

Oh NM.. I read the message again and you said yesterday you missed. So your dealing with the missing dosage effect now. 👍 Just hang in there till the body catches up.
