Having a really freaking hard day today.

In addition to all my health issues and the massive house repair (which it seems is worth far LESS than the deductible, but they are RAISING THE ESTIMATE ON so that they can claim the entire deductible), my supervisor got fired today.

So the one guy who was vouching for me to be a Subject Matter Expert..who nominated me for the Austin Inspiration Awards..who went to bat for me in conversations surrounding work bonuses..is gone.

Not only that, but when I texted him my condolences, I asked him if he was at liberty to let me know who I should watch my back against. He said the supervisor of my last department "for sure".

EVEN THOUGH SHE IS NO LONGER EVEN MY SUPERVISOR, they had a departmental meeting about who should get bonuses. He said he was advocating HARD for me, but that she "lead the charge" saying I shouldn't get a bonus!!

And because the bitch is in with the manager of my current dept as well, they listen to HER and not HIM.

It is clear cut retaliation, but it is also hearsay..and I know that when it comes to HR, the house always wins. So unfair. She is, by far and away, the worst supervisor I have EVER had.

And because he is gone now, who knows how long I will keep MY job?? Stressed asf.
