Happy belated birthday! I loved my 40s. You rediscover yourself and own who you’ve become. Each day is an opportunity to be better than who you were yesterday, to make the changes you want to see in your life. Don’t beat yourself up about the past. Just move forward in the direction of the man you want to be. :)

I loved being in my 40s, that is when I started not to care much what others thought, did things I wanted to do, and was able to express what I wanted to express.

Why do people think they have to “do something” in life. Just be nice and help other along - that’s enough. Don’t beat yourself up trying to measure up to others. What does it matter ?

40 is a good year brother. Enjoy getting older and wiser. You still have plenty of time to do stuff with your life.

I’m nearly 40 too

Even in my younger days I was as dumb as I am now. I feel I wasted 68% of my life.
Feeding yourself is what everyone does. Making a difference in someone else's life is really living a life.
