A little overwhelmed. A little bit like I have a cold. A lot like it's been years since I've been hugged by anyone other than my children.

Not good, as mother in law had a massive stroke, as we had to call the police to do a welfare check and they had to force open the door and found her beside the bed in a bad way

Great. Happy. Been out in the sun. Choosing what plant roots and seeds to order for my gardens. Walked my dogs twice. It is 58 here. A fine day. In fact, feels like a weekend.

Like I need an exorcist. 😬

About the same…fighting hard to keep this anxiety episode from becoming a panic attack.

My stomach is upset. I haven't been going to the bathroom lately. Trying to eat just makes my stomach hurt. ☹️
