@foldedunfolding I’m sorry, will deep breaths for you? Maybe look at some YouTube deep breathing exercises. Try to relax and not think too much until you feel better. Good lock to you. 💐💐

@SW-User i think the biggest thing is to not allow myself to get there in the first place maybe? i need to nib this catastrophizing bit in the bud. deep breathing and such dont work when im freaking out and in fight or flight mode. i just close downnnn

@foldedunfolding Maybe some anxiety medication will help. I used to have bad social anxiety. It was terrible but luckily it calmed down after age 30.

@SW-User aw that is amazing..did u use meds? i hear they make you really lethargic almost?
