sad news--wife had stroke

Sadly, my wife of many years, who was already in poor health, just had a massive stroke. I sit with her in the hospital, but she does not wake up or respond, 8 days in now. Need hope...not knowing is so difficult. Thank you.

Update--getting worse. No responses at all. Doctor said she very likely may never wake up, and if she does it will be with severe brain damage. probably meeting with doctors in a few days to discuss next steps...and the quality of life is a real consideration. My kids will help. Thank goodness for them, and our grandkids.
