Have you ever seen the descriptions of how 2D entities would view a 3D entity moving through their space? For a brief moment I pondered, what if we are all but a 3D crosssection of even higher dimensional beings. The way our two thumbs don't know about each other unless they touch, what if we are but appendages of something greater?
It's not something i believe, but thought it was a cool thought experiment.

This makes me think of the concept that we don't actually 'think' with our brain.... it's only a receiver.
.... which then begs the question : "where are we transmitting from ?
Are we really here.
Is the universe just a hologram?
Are we all just light beings spiritually trapped here?
Is this life a choice?
Is it a trial?
Is it a penenace and actually the afterlife for a life we 'lived' somewhere else?
As the question goes - 'are we physical beings having a spirirtual experience, or really......spiritual beings having a physical experience?'
And if this is only an option/sentence/testing ground/classroom.....where do we go back to once we graduate?

I think it’s the second. We are a spiritual being… I think we are a small fragment from Source, and it’s experiencing itself through us and every living being.
This isn’t some punishment, but the more disconnected we are from it/ourselves, the more it feels like a punishment. @OogieBoogie

I like playing with ideas. I call this ocean Source.
It’s not like on repeat where each person will be themselves after and live another continuous life, it’s more like the drop will mix with the ocean/Source and really melt into it, making the ocean a whole new variable and eventually that same drop will drip out in a different formula, and the person won’t be the same person again, it might have soul mixture of several different “people”, making it a whole new experience for Source.
So we really are one of kind, Source is experiencing itself through all of us, and that means it’s also growing and evolving after every experience it has. I could be wrong, and that’s okay, I wonder if it’s trying to grow into something, or if it’s just all randomness. It doesn’t seem random.
Also, I think it takes a long time for each “life to reincarnate”. I really think all living beings are included in this ocean, not just humans. Humans have just made themselves the most important, declaring we are the only ones who have a soul because we are so terrified of ourselves and everything around us.

@soulrespite That's an interesting theory . I listen to Myaim Bialik's breakdown ...she has a lot of interesting guests on her podcast that talk about this and other interesting things too.
I like that, it really does feel like we are all part of something much bigger and aren’t here pointlessly. @mindstruggle

Discussions about the soul are often deep.
I think that our understanding of soul and supersoul goes through a journey.
First we start with the idea that soul and supersoul are different. At the next stage we realize that the soul originates from supersoul and would return to it. Finally, we arrive at the understanding that the soul is essentially part of the supersoul all through.

Look at someone that has a brain injury, they have no idea who they used to be, have no ambition, can barely survive.. there is no such thing as a "soul", just your brain doing it's thing until it cannot anymore. Like turning off a light, when you die your brain turns off, that is all.
