I don’t actually believe each person has their own individual soul that lives on eternally.

I think we collectively share it, and return with it like a drop back into the ocean. 🌊

Discussions about the soul are often deep.

I think that our understanding of soul and supersoul goes through a journey.
First we start with the idea that soul and supersoul are different. At the next stage we realize that the soul originates from supersoul and would return to it. Finally, we arrive at the understanding that the soul is essentially part of the supersoul all through.
So colorful, glad we agree. O@Prince0217

Have you ever seen the descriptions of how 2D entities would view a 3D entity moving through their space? For a brief moment I pondered, what if we are all but a 3D crosssection of even higher dimensional beings. The way our two thumbs don't know about each other unless they touch, what if we are but appendages of something greater?

It's not something i believe, but thought it was a cool thought experiment.
@ViciDraco oooh.
I like this type of thinking .

From The Good Place, one of my favorite shows ever. [media=https://youtu.be/C8CWzvNwzzo]
This show was okay. But not rly my favorite.

I like that analogy, it’s kinda similar, but the wave never leaves the ocean.. @Straylight

Idk if it’s that simple either definitely recycled
Recycled, returned, reincarnated. Nothing is ever that simple, repeat.. @exchrist
Why? Do you wanna be stuck for all eternity in your “soul” no longer developing or growing or experiencing? @Selah
I think God/the Monad.... whoever....is into recycling .

I mean, it kinda makes sense. You know "universal energy-wise": energy is never 'lost'.

And.....we can't possibly be expected to learn enough shit in one lifetime to become enlightened by its end date.
Bah, its a fools thought.
Look at someone that has a brain injury, they have no idea who they used to be, have no ambition, can barely survive.. there is no such thing as a "soul", just your brain doing it's thing until it cannot anymore. Like turning off a light, when you die your brain turns off, that is all.
