Take a few deep breaths and step away. Go and make a cup of tea and then once you're a bit calmer, ask yourself how it really made you feel. Anger a lot of times is because it triggered another emotion like fear or sadness or loneliness. I think anger is really sneaky like that and sometimes, that reaction is out of proportion to whatever it was that triggered you. Reassessing often shows it wasn't as bad as you first thought. 😊
