@IUsedToBeHere She had breast cancer that spread to her back. She is in remission but her back is hurting again. The doctors say it's not the cancer coming back but my wife says it feels the same. She also has been getting pain shots in her back but the last one didn't work so she is getting another. It's a worry that is constantly at the back of my mind.

Once a lost soul, left in shade. A woman found him and played. She filled him with light and love, making him whole. She took him out to the light and gave him a soul.

Torn between love and emptiness, sometimes confusing the two. Through laughter and conflict they both grew.

One day the lady wild and free, went out and got lost in the trees. The man he searched and he searched, for years. Until one day he had a thought.

He returned to the place he knew so well, that place in the shade that used to be Hell. He found her a reflection of his old self.. so he played with her, filled her with light and love.. before bringing out into the light returning the gift that she'd gave him.

Oh I feel, I feel deeply and have strong emotions, I’m far from empty, I’m am full to the brim, however, I don’t let the noise of the world bother me.

That brings peacefulness, love and joy.

@Achelois I believe you, I'm just working with what I'm given. I just assumed a person who has no worries at all has probably been beaten up so many times by life they have become desensitized by it. The story isn't great anyway lol.

I was beaten up so bad through life, had so much pain from others, hated, treated terrible, stuff no one would probably get over.

I just didn’t become them and stayed true to myself, which was alway love, I kept my heart right.

Then I healed and after that I got this incredible peace, no one can come at me again with their bullshit lol 😂

I was never that pain, it was never mine to carry.

@V00doo Skidding down the country lanes in the wet early evening of a September's day. A black Skoda Octavia's radio blares.

"Ain't nothing gonna break my stride! Ain't nothing gonna slow me down, no way.. I gotta keep on moving." The young women's voices mimic the radio as the young dark haired woman sits silently beside the rear window.

"Come on, Jennifer sing with us!" The blonde driver chants with a big goofy smile as she looks in her rear view mirror at Jennifer's stone gaze.

"Keep your eyes on the road, Amy." Jennifer replies in a miserable drone like tone as the other two passengers continue to sing.

"Come on! Cheer up ladies night out!" Amy hollers over the singing.

"Why'd you even invite her, she hasn't said anything the entire drive." Sarah remarks beside Amy.

*Thud*

The back of Sarah's seat jolts propelling her forward slightly as Jennifer drives her boot into the back of her chair."

"She is right here." Jennifer softly yet assertively growls.

@IUsedToBeHere They are changing the definition of a false self-employed person and I'm afraid that they might mark me as one because I only have one client. Allegedly that's forbidden or at least suspicious. 🙄 So far, the definition included that a false self-employed person must work in the time scheduled by the company that gives them work. Now they threw it out. If they would accuse me of that I'd be fined.

On John's barren farm, lies a single fruitful apple tree.

At the door of the farms cabin an entrepreneur, spotting opportunity.

"John your farm can't feed the town"

"But, it can feed me" John replies.

The entrepreneur at door wants the land, he had made offers before. John already knew the entrepreneur is rotten to the core.

"I'm going to build an amusement park, I'll even let you work in one of the ticket booths. Come on! This land is dyin'."

"Doesn't matter, this land is mine.

The town against John, they wanted their amusement park that had been planned.

So he built his own amusement park on the once fertile soil that had became sand.

For weeks James had wondered why his testosterone boosting medication came in the form of pink pills. He shrugged it off at first, but after a couple months James looked in the mirror and realized he was developing breasts.

Outraged he went to his Doctor and said "your testosterone pills your prescribing me are giving me breasts! And my penis has shrunk!"

Bewildered the doctor stared at James.

"That's not even a side effect of this medication.. but it is suspicious, I'm going to try you on another type."

James went to the chemist and as he opened the door he saw the chemist staring at him with a deranged smile, head lowered like a wolf.
