@WoWgirll I met her when we were 15, so it took a while for me to realize she was the only one I wanted. I was a football player, so I got a lot of attention from girls in those days. Once we got to college, I was sure, and apparently she was, too, although she dated others.

@WoWgirll We actually met when a friend brought her to our Sunday night youth group at church. I knew her father (our team doctor) and her brother, but I didn't know her. I made a point to see her often at school after we met.

@exexec my moment of I want to marry him actually was right at the end of a small hurricane and their where puddles everywhere from all the rain,he was helping my out of the car and he put his boot down in the middle of a puddle so I could step on his foot and not get my high heels wet.
I said okay to myself, he's it.

@WoWgirll That's a good idea. We dated almost eight years. Her father told me that when we married, all of her expenses were mine. So we waited until she graduated from college and I was in grad school.
