I am in a funk, what gets you out of it?

I am feeling really off today, not quite myself. I cant seem to cheer myself up. I am ready to shake this off.

Normally, getting outside to go hiking, or biking - maybe ending up somewhere that I can shed a few tears without anyone around. Or, if I'm in the mood, writing it all out of my head can make a difference. Other times, it's just staying at home alone, in my jammies, on the couch, with a movie.

I hope you can find your way out of your funk soon.

I just accept that im having an off day and wear it.
The only thing i do i try and stay away from others so i dont say or do anything stoopid coz of my funk.

Im a great believer in feeling our feelings.

One funky day now and then is totally normal 🤷‍♀
Today? Been feeling this way for a few years.

Wearing on me more lately, with all the general social agitation these days on top of it I guess.

@SlippingAway its all I can do unless I turn to chemicals. Sometimes theres a reason for it. Sometimes its hormones.
