It's not a valid argument, and no person may violate the Constitution - including POTUS.

The Constitution in a Republic is the Foundation of It's legal basis and is tge supreme law of the land.
The President is a public servamt still, beholden to follow the Constitution.

@Penny Just look at his history. He denied losing the 2020 election and would have been fine with VP Pence being harmed to prevent certification of the election results on January 6th.

What about all the government employees he’s trying to fire even if it means departments won’t function?

What about the people who will lose health insurance coverage because of his so-called big beautiful bill?

It’s just the kind of person he is.
