Anyone out there view yourself as more of what/who you ARE??

Versus viewing yourself mainly on what you're NOT?
If so share tips here!!🌺

I truly struggle with it. My mainframe psyche is steeped subconsciously in all that I'm NOT. It would be so refreshing to ever see myself fully as what I AM more than not😟

Do you know who you are? Or is that the mist talking.Sounds like it… I can admit I have my disturbances. Can you?

@MentalDisturbance I feel I have a few good traits but my mind equates myself as less than, broken etc..had decades of cult like awful abuse, and so trying to shift that self view is REALLY hard.
@Coralmist Some have a similar story that they’ve been abused. And they have but also partake in abusing others. I think you might be the latter. So nothing to shift of that’s what you do, ya know ?

@MentalDisturbance Abusing others is the last thing I'd ever do or be doing

@MentalDisturbance Why would you think that of her?????? How strange to address such remark to someone who already struggles with their self-perceptions and self-esteem.

Both knowing what you aren't and what you are is useful.

Please read this and give it some introspection in relation to your thread. It is what helped me..
@Coralmist you’re not who portray yourself to be. You’re connected to mobsters and are one yourself. That’s why I say what I do. You can do what you will with this but doesn’t change the facts.
