None. I only care about the act itself. Doesnt matter what kind of flower they are or how many. Its the consideration and thoughtfulness.

@morrgin fine plastic Daisy's it is!!

Doesn't matter, the thought that he saw them and thought of me is what "touches my heart" the most
Cassieeeee · 31-35, F
@Cassieeeee But when he comes home with iced coffee.. I know he truly loves me 🥹😂

@Cassieeeee 😆

Specifically an old fashioned rose. One that has that full rose scent.
Modern red roses are beautiful, but i dont think they hold a candle to classic varieties
And a full bouquet would be intoxicating 🥰

@OogieBoogie agreed

@NightsWatch the only shame would be that im not so fancy as to own a vase 🤷♀
Would it be insulting if they just went in a big glass jar ?

@lissah shoot! Ummm let me make a quick call to that transport trucking company...

Honestly, building a countertop and cabinet to go with a single rose in a vase would absolutely win my heart.

@NightsWatch Well, we'd need a nice place to eat the dinner he thoughtfully brought, right?
Tbh, my intent with my comment was that i love acts of service over gifts. So if he built me a cabinet and counter, that would mean so much more than a rose. He not only provided a service, he shows he cares about the home and he wants it to be as nice as he can get it. Those traits have far more value than a flower.

@FoxyQueen oh i got your point that the effort / intent can be so much more then a purchased gift.
What about say something smaller ...like a small piece of art that would fit on a shelf??

@NightsWatch That is doable too, especially if they made it themselves.

If one or more roses CAN touch her heart, the coroner ought to determine what breached her skin and sternum...

@NightsWatch I'm not the one who called
NightsWatch · M
@YoMomma soooo a man of less attractive looks but honest, dedicated , hard working blue collar class is out?

@NightsWatch people can still be attractive even without looks .. it’s called personality and it’s endearing .. and really even looks are nothing without it
