What should I do

I hate talking about my feelings. Every time I get the chance to vent, I feel gross, and the words can't come out. I really need to talk about my feelings at some point but I can't. And even if I got the chance to talk to someone I delete the messages or tell them to forget about it.

I can understand why you delete messages especially if the person is known as you fear they form an opinion about you.

Forums like these offer anonymity where you can talk freely and also get to know the person based on the way they respond.

Alternatively Feelings are just passing clouds. Just let them pass.

I agree with SJones48 find someone that you can trust. There are some good people on here. He's one of them!

Bla, nothing you could tell me would be a surprise. I have the same issue in that everyone runs when I tell them about my life. You would be horrified to hear the things I do every day.

Try to see if you can find someone on here that you can get to trust and that you can be comfortable talking to
