All relationships are female led, it’s just most of you don’t realise.

@meJess And that's why many women complain about spousal abuse??
As others above have noted, communication and respect are the attributes that allow for equality in a relationship.... who wants to lead all the time?? I know that my wife likes to track our expenses and I respect that she takes on the role of arranging our social life. She asks my opinions on meal menus and about ingredients in recipes. Sometimes I cook or bake. I acquiesce to her requests for a new this or that and she respects that I provide her with an emotionally stable marriage, friendship and financially responsible lifestyle. We also spend much time together and we enjoy each other's company even though we are ruthless toward each other when we play card games.🥰

Depends upon the individuals. Their personalities, their skills, how they best complement each other. Stereotypical roles by gender shouldn't be the deciding factor. My wife of 43 years didn't allow me to touch the checkbook, drove all the big family economic decisions (house, car, rental property), and rightly expected me to do my share on child rearing and household chores so she could pursue her own career(s). She rightly recognized they were not my strengths even though I managed a million dollar budget at work. To those who couldn't see beyond gender roles it appear I was weak. What they didn't see was she very much appreciated that I stood up to her dominating mother which she could not do, that I still was the major bread winner that gave her the opportunity for investments and our lifestyle, and that I wasn't a typical male of our era that expected their wives to stay home.
After I lost her to cancer, she had everything set up for me: all the financial records and management -- for easy maintenance by me. My second partner had a totally different personality and background. She had had several successful careers, but due to several bad marriages her personal living situation was chaotic at best. I provided stability, security and direction that she needed; in return she provided the impetus and energy to overcome my tendency to procrastinate.

Leadership is over-rated I mean most of it is just common sense, communication, team work and such.

What is that?

Whatever works between consenting adults is all good in my book.

If I were involved in one, then it would be because my partner was a weakling whom I could NOT respect.

@4meAndyou The vibe of disrespect rings so loud how can anyone stand it?

@4meAndyou How do you feel about a male Dominant & a female submissive?

Whatever works for the couple involved, as long as it’s consensual.
