Quick fix for digital eye strain

I wear goggles when my eyes get dry and itchy and it helps tremendously. They're goggles designed to keep the wind out of your eyes when you ride a motorcycle or bicycle but I use 'em for this.

I wear one of those in 95 masks that they say work for covid that really didn't do anything I don't know about helping with eye strain but it definitely helps with my allergies when the pollen count is too high

I didn't believe in anti blue filter on my glasses but it actually works.

@Elessar Idk but I don't feel as if I had sand in my eyes that often anymore. 😅

Oh to increase digital eye strain, I made music videos. Can you believe it, also movies. 2.5 hour long movies. btw :)
