All my life. It's how my brain works, unfortunately. I was told I have always been like that even if I don't remember it from my early years. It's often unreasonable anger.
Tumbleweed · F
Not any more. Being angry just eats you alive. It's mentally as well as physically unhealthy so I've learned to shut it down & let it roll off. I refuse to be that way anymore.

@Tumbleweed
Me too. I am quick to spar verbally but I don't carry around resentment. Lose it for you, not them

Yes, tons and tons of rage. And I'm scared to let it out because I don't know what I'm truly capable of and the repercussions afterwards. I'm trying to just let it go.

@Casheyane nope. Put holes in walls though, back in the day.
No, I have excessive calm, even when targeted and antagonized, I am human and contrary to the post above that negatively stereotypes humans, that is automated stereotyping
Blondily · F
Yes I am very angry, hurt and bewildered right now
TexChik · F
My PTSD is constant rage , flowing like lava. On a good day, I don't have any eruptions!
I do but I work on it.

Thevy29 · 41-45, M
I know it's there, I just don't know what caused it.
Ducky · 31-35, F
In the form of intense bitterness and resentment, yes.
That rage is always seething inside me.
Musicman · 61-69, M
Fortunately no. That is one problem I have never suffered from.
Moneyonmymind · 31-35, M
Yes I do, it seems to get worse
Casheyane · 31-35, F
@Moneyonmymind Found a way to make it better?
Moneyonmymind · 31-35, M
@Casheyane not really, but things are ok for now
