what do you do when you feel insecure

about the future?

i'm feeling insecure right now about the reform party getting in at the next election, because they wouldn't favour people like me who are on benefits for legitimate reasons and who rely on the state....so i'm frightened of reform getting in.

can anyone help or understand?

I wouldn't necessarily say i feel insecure but i can relate. All you can do is try to prepare the best way that you can and try to make it through. If you have family or friends have a conversation. Tell them that if things get worse you might have to pool your resources and live together. Help each other emotionally and financially. Have a back up plan.
