I'm a different person at work

It's funny I'm considered a somewhat funny person at work. I joke with people, I make conversation, I listen, and when in a group I'm always like "let's look at the bright side..." . I never look at the bright side in my own life, I almost never say anything positive to myself. Most of the time I'm depressed and having tons of negative thoughts

It's common for people to act differently in different situations. The workplace is one of them. Perhaps you spend your day at work masking your true feelings and you find it mentally exhausting to keep this up. When you're in your personal life, you feel that you need a break from the upbeat positive attitude you portray at work?
I can't remember, is it just you at home?
@Justafantasy For a part of the year, it's just me. For the rest of the year, it's me and family
@nothereforpeople I've tried to be active with no one around the last month. I've got enough negativity and had enough negativity at home for the last while.
@Justafantasy But going out with friends whose company you enjoy (not to a bar. Go somewhere nice and clean) can do you woners and help erase those negative things. If yo ut isolate, you're just going to keep replaying what happened over and over again in your mind, and that's not good for anyone. Please call a few friends and go out
