My Life Strategy has Always Been to Cope with Stress by Working Hard

But now I realize that you can definitely over do hard work and while overworking might provide you with more money and success it can also halt some positive things by taking up too much of your time or providing an opportunity to avoid things.
Is there anything in your life that you find to be both a positive and a negative or that you wish you could learn to balance out better?

I have pretty good balance NOW regarding hard work, because I've managed to give myself tendonitis in BOTH wrists, and a trigger finger on my left hand. That's what happens when you work TOO hard.

@4meAndyou Yes...that too. To much work does a number on your body. I have tendonitis in my left ankle.

@ravenwind43 Oh wow!!! THAT must be killer! I use my hands constantly, so I am reminded every minute of the pain.

@4meAndyou if I use that bengay stuff it keeps at bay somewhat. I can start off the day well but depending on how much I walk by the end of the day it's pretty bad. Ice at night helps also. It's frustrating when you need to do things and have to struggle with it ( I don't need to explain it..you know)

@ravenwind43 Yes, I do know. I use Walmart brand Icy Hot cream, which is a lot cheaper than Ben Gay, but I have to be very careful using it on my wrists, because I rub my eyes and blow my nose with those hands, and if I have a minute of absent mindedness, I get it in my eyes.

@4meAndyou Oh yes! I did that before and it's not a picnic!
