self isolation woop woop >_<

atp im very interested what others think on this. I know some people cant imagine not talking to anyone all day while some see it as normal. What i want to know is how many days without talking to anyone is considered "normal" as in this-person-is-not actually-chronically-lonely way.. is it even normal in first place to spend whole days alone..? umm if its not should i actually do something about it?? other people are so complicated though.. this just depends on the person, right? should i even be concerned with this....?

hey so nothing is wrong in isolating yourself as long as you are not self harming and overthinking, isolating yourself can actually help you to get to know yourself better, so if you feel like not going out just dont and if you feel like not talking to friends then dont but do not start self harming and overthinking it can result into anxiety depression which is not good so yea take care :)

idk what's considered normal but for the last 3 months or so i've only spoken to my family. i only leave my room if i have to. then again i take introversion to the extreme

If i did not have to physically have to go to work I'd easily spend 6 days alone.

it's nice to spend time alone, but not overly, everything in moderation.
if the living conditions are comfortable, other people are not needed at all
It depends upon the person, the cause(s) and reason(s) and how it affects them .

Before the internet, I lived in the Bush. I could go a week or more without seeing/talking or communicating in ANY way to another person.
And i was fine with it . I also had no tv, no radio ...just my dogs.

At that time in my life it's just what I needed .

It is normal, but you should also do something about it. It's not healthy, and most people live like that because they can not do anything about it, but want to.
