from my personal work experience, i find that women seem to be too vindictive and take things too personal...when, in fact, it's just the cost of doing business.
whereas men, get into fights and then just let them go...grudge free...perfect for doing business...you need that actually to successfully navigate the minefields necessary to lead with the confidence of the those who have entrusted you.
You need to be emotionless in order to lead objectively.

On a different note, our problem today is that our leaders and politicians are too greedy and self serving...and don't lead with the intentions of the masses that they represent.

@Ferric67 You are wrong about that. My husband is more vindictive than I am, and he takes things more personally than I do. Don't judge people's basic natures by their gender.

@HairbrushDiva you're right, I shouldn't generalize.

@Ferric67 So why did you?

@HairbrushDiva it was a knee jerk reaction. Having seen females in authority take work place drama to higher, more personal levels than men over the years. Although, I had one male actually act out personal vendettas (I think that he's bipolar...that was the only job I ever quit). Otherwise, it's the women that I have seen make those efforts.
Anyhow, to your point...it's not an exclusive club...and I shouldn't generalize.

@Ferric67 You wouldn't dare generalise like that if you lived in my neighbourhood. You'd never hear the end of it.

@HairbrushDiva in general hes right. There are always exceptions to everything, but the numbers dont lie
