Spending some time alone, dimming the lights and watching a movie or calm youtube video, but going out with people is better than this. It brings you back to reality and shows you what is important and what's not, what you should worry about and what you shouldn't. I also think about dying and have a bunch of negative thoughts, but going out with others (hiking, on a little trip, something like that) makes things more colorful

@SW-User People from work, any random people you can get as long as they're not a-holes and as long as they're clean folks, no drugs or bad behaviors. They are just there for company, you go with them and enjoy your time, don't care about them. It's all about you and they're all sort of bodyguards and company, talk to them, eat with them, but remember you are there for YOU, to enjoy yourself
