@Teggy Yep I'm sure this isn't the same scenario but my kid was getting bullied nobody would do anything and I WASN'T ALLOwed to intervene some shit about the law, so since kids aren't accountable for their actions I was ready to pay another kid to sort it out...luckily not needed in the end but fuck me if people say they have a zero tolerance on bullies and then do fuck all they are as responsible for the consequences as anybody else.

@LadyBronte thanks, it seems like such a long time ago now. It was 15 years ago and it was the worst day of my life by far. But eventually with the right therapy you move forward.

@PoeticPlay regret doesn't have to be solely attached to shame.
It's actually attached to so many other feelings.
Like for instance I regret not spending more individual time with just my daughter instead of trying to spend time with all of the kids at the same time. My daughter needed my undivided attention for at least a little while so she could feel that I loved her.
I regret not being able to see what I needed to do. It just went over my head. Now she hasn't talked to me in 6 years because of it.
See, no shame just regret.

If there is something to be learned from the experience?
Carry the lesson and live so that moments are created and unity is offered.
Live with no regret or fear, no expectations.
But with all anticipation of acceptance and the humility of survival.
