Wording here is important. VRAM (video RAM) and "virtual" RAM also called VRAM is the difference I suspect.
Notice on your printout below your cursor it says "Shared memory"? That is "virtual RAM". So it's possible he wasn't exactly lying. Just being deceptive. 😒
Not much you can do about it either in many states. Most don't have laws about being deceptive. 🤷♂️
@Number5 that he deceived you is likely. BTW How much regular RAM does your laptop have? That's what he could have ment. 2 gigs of computer RAM, which is not video RAM.
