What are your 3 biggest regrets in Life?

1. Not working at an earlier age: I am 31 and started working at like 26. I feel had I started working at an earlier age I would actually have some savings and would have my own place.

2. Unnecessary spendings: I have wasted a lot of money on food, liquor/beer and escorts. Have been going through a lot these few years and resorted to indulging in food, liquor/beer and escorts to drown my sorrows and pain. Something I deeply, deeply, deeply regret. The money I spent on those things I could've saved.

3. Not focusing on myself: I spent so many years living for other people that I forgot myself. Had I spent that time on myself and my self improvement I would be in a much better place.

- choosing career over life
- letting fear win when I just should have jumped
- not standing up against the bullies when I needed to make a stand

I somehow ended up on a very lonely path.

Pioneering has its rewards, but few people appreciate what pioneering really means
Staying in my job for 14 years. Since I was only just an adult till now I’m still there even though I have done other jobs and I left that job once but only for 6 months when I got sacked from my job but they let me come back 😂. So unfortunately I have not yet escaped forever.

I should have started my own dog sitting and walking business then when it was easier but it’s still not too late now if I get time and this pandemic gets better.

I wish I had met someone and fallen in love a bit younger.

When someone asked me to go traveling with them i should have gone or at least considered it. Now I’m still stuck at home.
Spent a lot , but I don't regret it that much.

But I regret wasting a lot to time.

Wish I had more guts to pursue the path I wanted but I don't regret the place I'm in now.

I accepted that I deserve what happened and hoping to change further.

Not taking better care with my health, letting my anger take up so much of my young life, and taking the easy way out on occasions when I know I would have succeeded had I just stuck with it.

I honestly don't have any. Everything that has happened has led me to where I am now, which is where I want to be. I don't think I could have done anything differently even if I'd wanted to.

Never have being married
Never having kids.
Never having a real family.
Never having a full blooded sibling.

@DeWayfarer Yeah I know what that means. Thought maybe you got friends you see as family. We had a family friend [c=#008099](the lady was my grandma's maid and because she was estranged from her family she left her son with my grandma when she married another guy and my grandma raised him as her grandson) [/c] even when she died we still treat her kids as family

@Lichocolati I don't. Read my profile and perhaps you might understand.

@DeWayfarer Aww I'm sorry you have to go through life all alone. I just can't begin to imagine how lonely it can get 😞
1. Not continuing my education after getting my GED at 16. Now I feel like I have no time but still have to find a way to squeeze it in.

2. Too many credit cards. I wish I only had 2, and hardly spent them. But I guess growing up in poverty and then having access to $1,000’s sent me off 😅

3. Never “trying” anorexia. Because even a decade later, I still can’t eat like a normal person. I now also have a ton of health issues at 23 due to years of starvation and purging.

First I regret being born. Second I regret my failure to commit suicide. Thirdly I regret dating a junkie

I wish I had never fallen in love. That's my only regret. I wish I was practical and cunning. These people get thru life Hurdle quicker.

@Donotfolowme You probably would be feeling some type of way had you fallen in love. I've been with people in the past but I don't regret choosing to be alone. Relationships are hard work and I don't have the energy for it
