Honesty?

always honest. i hate liars and i really despise narcissists.

It's possible to be both honest and diplomatic. They aren't mutually exclusive. I think part of the problem may be that some people think being honest makes it okay to be rude in how they express themselves. In some cases, I think the rudeness may turn people off more than the point of view that is being put forth.

If you're honest and someone doesnt like it, so what. The truth hurts. But if someone is just being a jerk, the honest truth is, you don't need that kind of aggravation in your life anyway.

I think there's some middle ground.

Better to be an honest asshole that a liar surrounded by fakey assholes.
