Does China owe the world an apology?

@Crazychick They are part to blame though. Not the Chinese people. But the Government.

@Kidreamer I might have guessed it would be a Government thing. But when you mention a nation I think of the people, not the Government.

@Crazychick That should the government be held accountable for the rapid spread of the virus. After all they wait 1-2 months to start admitting there was a virus to began with. Had they been more honest and listened to doctors like the one that unfortunately died. The world might have been more prepared.

@Crazychick the comment was meant for you, just wanted to explain why i feel the government is at fault. Because they did not do enough to stop/contain the spread until it was already out of control.

@Kidreamer I wasn't asking about the virus, I was asking about the word "of". It just seemed out of place, like a pea in a tin of beans.
