What do you do for self-care?

I need to learn how to so I need some ideas.

@fluteacorn physically, I eat well and try to keep my mind and body active (body I just do strength training mostly). Try to avoid refined sugar at least.
Mentally, I journal, try to do something I enjoy every day, and make reachablw, daily goals to work towards. I also keep a gratefullness journal along with a regular one.
