Meditation, listening to music, eating something I enjoy, cuddling up to my man, watching a movie going for a walk in nature..there are lots of things you can do. But in general do something you enjoy every day that you find relaxing.

Nice long walks, bubble baths, listen to music, write. Usual stuff.
@fluteacorn physically, I eat well and try to keep my mind and body active (body I just do strength training mostly). Try to avoid refined sugar at least. Mentally, I journal, try to do something I enjoy every day, and make reachablw, daily goals to work towards. I also keep a gratefullness journal along with a regular one.
I drink because too many psychiatrists are afraid of prescribing the stuff that actually works. Gabapentin doesn’t work but the asshole doesn’t listen to me. He thinks I just wanna get high.
