Why am I so scared to speak my mind and run away from confrontation (honest answers)?

When confrontation is coming, I rub. My ex friend wants to talk to me. She removed me from her Facebook friends. I didn't do anything. She seems pissed. Her dad messaged me to message her ASAP. That was three weeks ago.

Easier to walk away than face the unknown.
You know you will need to face this issue eventually.
Better to get it done with, if necessary listen to the criticism that may be coming but put your side of the story
