@SW-User of course!! personally i believe that it is immature to believe that one can achieve true happiness. it is a state of mind that comes and goes in different moments. it’s a variable emotion that’s always caused by something else, so it can easily be taken away.

Thank you dear! Im excited myself honestly! Im not one to open up about my feelings and thoughts, and ive refused counseling for many years thinking medicine was the best option, but several months ago i broke down and decided to give it a try! And i will say it has been the best thing in the world for me. Im learning so much about myself and how to deal with life and my thoughts and actions and its been such an exciting experience and a huge relief for me to open up and tell things nobody else knows. I love my counselor and I genuinely think she cares about me. Im blessed to have found her! Shes saving my life one hour at a time! @SW-User

And ive also kicked the mood stabilizers and anxiety meds since starting counseling. Which im proud to have done! And it was nobody’s decision to do that but my own and i feel much better and like myself again.
