I guess focus your convictions on becoming the opposite of that person you were and it won't bug you or come up, i like to think of it as the mind trying to make you address things. Including fears you have of the future.

I used to do this too, really bad. I have to sleep with the TV on to get this to stop. It's the only way I have found to avert my attention from the bad thoughts enough to fall asleep.

@Dainbramadge i have tried this and it only helps sometimes, mostly I get sleep paralysis and it’s quite annoying!:-(

@Score16 That is to bad that it doesn't work for you as well as it does for me.
Have you tried sleeping pills. They can be bad for you if you take them all the time but if you only take them when it gets real bad it may help.
