I like Jean-Paul Sartre's take on the meaning of life. he basically said, the meaning of life is not some hidden truth which we must find, we must give a meaning to life and you have total freedom to decide what it is. some choose art, exploring the world, helping others, praying to some imaginary being. it also put the responsibility in your hands to choose a meaning, because if you don't give it a meaning, it has none, we give things meaning. so there is nothing wrong with a bicycle being your meaning right now and you can choose other things as you go along. you have total freedom to feel the way you want as long as you give your brain what it needs to have the energy to create meaning and passion. avoid: sugar, pasta, desserts, alcohol, any large amounts of starch and avoid thinking about your life when you are in a dark mood. go for: plenty of water, exercise, fresh air, helping people, laughing, bonding with others, hugs, balanced meals and quality foods.
