How much do you care about political correctness?

@Crazychick People can be treated fairly without PC, but it's a big topic and discussion really.

@Axelerator Why is PC considered so toxic and destructive by so many people on SW?

@Crazychick I couldn't say for people on SW, only been back like a week. But it's quite simple for me really, it's a restriction on free speech. Now that's not always a horrible thing, but when the meaning can shift to whatever people want it to, it becomes a big problem.
You end up in a place where people are afraid to say or discuss many things, because some other people have deemed that it's the wrong way to talk, and that's how it is.
I'd prefer a world where people could talk openly about almost anything, but that would take a long time, if it ever happens.

@Axelerator Free speech is OK within reason, but why do so many people abuse it by using it as an excuse to be abusive? That's when PC should take priority over it.
