I can recall many times while stuck in prep school feeling pressed into a straight jacket while reciting something from Cicero's Rhetoric or wedged in a chamber quartet playing a Mozart etude that I'd much rather be home on the front porch playing my fiddle with my cousins. Those years in the salt mines, gad, I'm so glad they're behind me.
