Have you ever accidentally blocked someone?

I have hit the block button by mistake but it gives you those different block levels and I just backed out of it

I’ve nearly done that by accident while half asleep but thankfully I always snapped out of it before hitting the confirm button

No...but I have accidently hearted my own replies on occasion when what I meant to do was look to see who else had hearted it.
