Don't you just hate it when 2 drunks are having a fight outside your house and 1 of them decides to throw a rock through your window?

Just because they do not have a mobile phone they want to get you to call the cops for them by smashing your car or house window. Its happened to me twice this month!

You should sue them for property damage. If they just want you to call the cops then they should just scream for someone to call the cops not destroy another persons property.
